despite the comfy beds, I can’t believe I had to ask for toilet paper AND body wash, not once but TWICE! I also expected at least a complimentary drink or an upgrade for my inconvenience, is that too much to ask? I almost thought about giving a good review, but home training stopped me, I guess.

Room cleanliness could be improved. I encountered dirty linens and found an empty body wash bottle!!! Noise disturbances from adjacent facilities were bothersome throughout my stay!!! I also noticed limited responsiveness to requests regarding in-room amenities!!!

The complimentary breakfast featured a variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. I loved the nice touch of tiny water bottles and peanuts upon check-in. However, I encountered issues with the bathroom. The body wash bottle was empty, and I had to request it to be refilled the next day. Additionally, there was no toilet paper upon check-in, leading to some inconvenience. While the staff promptly resolved my issues with a friendly demeanor, it shouldn't require so many requests for basic necessities. The location was good, providing easy access to restaurants and shops nearby.

This place was just an optimal selection for a weekend getaway in Virginia Beach with good value. The staff I spoke with were very friendly and tried to help with my needs, which made the experience pleasant. Try to arrive early if you want to enjoy breakfast before it gets busy.

This was my second stay at hampton inn and it really exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient for a family reunion and the staff were super friendly, even helping with a maintenance issue. Enjoyed a nice evening walk nearby.

my stay at hampton inn was fantastic! the staff was amazing, and rob really stood out during my late-night chats. the hotel is nicely located, quiet, and has easy access to the airport and beach. plus, the free wi-fi and outdoor pool are great perks for guests looking to relax.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Hiccups

I appreciated the comfortable double beds and the quality toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast options had variety. however, they were slow to replenish during peak hours. I recommend coming early for a relaxing start to your day. Overall, a good experience despite minor challenges.

Family with children will enjoy it

The staff went way beyond what's expected when I needed help in the storm,, shoveling snow and making sure I could get my car out. The hotel was warm and cozy, a solid refuge during such cold chaos.
